Chicago's hard-working sustainable design nonprofit. Our programs seek to use good design to create positive, systemic change. Our solutions strive to consider environmental, social, and economic factors and to employ resources in a way that does not compromise the needs of future generations. Your gift, of any amount, supports our programs, including:

• Foresight's Public Programs, fostering a community of sustainability engaged citizes via public events (Chicago Green Drinks, Sustainable Convergence), news and information (Sustainablitiy Hub Newsletter) and online calendar (Chicago Sustainability Calendar);
• Green City Studio, a summer program for high school juniors and seniors that provides an intensive introduction to sustainability issues in Chicago and the diversity of possible career paths;
• Urban Sustainable Design Studio, an experiential learning project to develop dynamic young leaders who can integrate the systems thinking, design skills, and entrepreneurial abilities necessary to start and direct future sustainability initiatives.

The Foresight Design Initiative is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. A copy of Foresight's IRS determination letter is available upon request. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. All donations will be acknoweldged by a written receipt.
