Foresight was honored to lead an inclusive strategic planning process for Healing Our Waters—one of the longest-running and most effective coalitions in the country, representing 150-member organizations that have successfully advocated for $2.9 billion in federal funding to protect and restore the Great Lakes region over the last 14 years.

Approaching their 2019-2021 strategic planning cycle, the coalition sought our help in facilitating a reflective process for thinking anew about their past and future, bringing in new voices, and developing an actionable workplan that intentionally focused their success and resources to drive further impact.
